We are a "Local-First" focused service, meaning we minimize data processing. Your data is used strictly to:
- Authenticate your identity.
- Sync your workspace state (tasks, boards, notes) to the cloud database (Google Firestore).
- Enforce security rules to ensure only you can access your data.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to advertisers or third parties.

We utilize Google Cloud Platform (Firebase) for infrastructure. Your data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and at rest within Google's secure data centers.
