FocusFlow is a productivity tool designed to help you manage tasks, notes, and visual plans ("The Service"). We provide this service on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (Google Sign-In).
• You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate our terms or are used for illegal activities.

4. User Content

You retain full ownership of the tasks, notes, and data you create within FocusFlow. We claim no intellectual property rights over the material you provide to the Service.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall FocusFlow, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
